How do I get a permit?
You may complete and print the permit application and mail or email to: Alarm Coordinator, 300-100 Country Club, Third Floor, Wylie, TX 75098 or alarm or alarmcoordinator@wylietexas.gov.

Have you heard about Direct Alarm Monitoring?

How do I cancel an alarm permit?
All homeowners should be aware of this very important part of the process. If you have an alarm system and choose to discontinue use of the system (whether monitored by the City of Wylie or the private sector), you must complete an alarm disabled form in order for billing to be removed from your water bill.

Complete the alarm disabled form and submit to the alarm coordinator by email, fax 972-442-8113 or mail to: Alarm Coordinator, Wylie Fire-Rescue, 300-100 Country Club, Third Floor, Wylie, TX 75098.  This form is also available on-line at links provided at the bottom of the page.
